Prospect Terrace Ribbon Cutting

Gray skies served as a perfect dramatic backdrop to the recent ribbon cutting at Prospect Terrace Park. Meaningful updates were made to lighting and extensive work was done to the wall supporting the iconic Roger William’s statue.
